Jennifer Lou Lottman

Jennifer Lou Lottman 51, of Ellsworth, WI, passed away at her home surrounded by loved ones after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 12, 1974, in Litchfield, MN to Curtis and Mona Piepenburg. Jennifer graduated from Brookings High School in Brookings, SD.

She made her home in Sioux Falls, SD in 1993 where she started her 30 year career with Menards. She was promoted and transferred to the Red Wing, Minnesota store in 2005, where she worked up until she got sick.

She met her lifelong partner Chad Lottman in 1998 and they married on November 10, 2001. Together they raised and enjoyed their two sons, Hunter and Logan, in Ellsworth WI.

She enjoyed going on long motorcycle rides with Chad. During the summer if you couldn't find Jen in the garden, you could find her camping with family and friends. During the fall she was a devoted Minnesota Vikings fan even though they let her down often. Jen loved spending time with her family and she adored her grandbabies.

She is survived by her husband, Chad Lottman; son, Hunter (Chloe) Piepenburg, grandson's Levi and Lennox Piepenburg and son, Logan (Emily) Lottman all of Ellsworth, WI. Mother, Mona Piepenburg of Hutchinson, MN; Sister, Kim (Tony) Hausladen of Lester Prairie, MN; Father-in-law, Doug Lottman; sister in law, Tammy (Robert) Senger, Sioux Falls, SD; Sister in law, Jennifer (Matt) Hartman, Canton SD and many Nieces and Nephews. Her best friend, Amanda (Donny) Mikitta of Hager City, WI, who was her partner in crime and is more like a sister than a friend.

She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Piepenburg; mother-in-law, Joyce Lottman; grandparents, Bonnie and David Johnson and Mildred and Oliver Piepenburg and her aunt, Sharon Piepenburg.

Even though we are sad to see her leave this life; Jen would tell everyone "I Fine" and "It's All Good."

Jen’s Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Bluffs Bar and Grill N1833 785th St, Hager City, WI 54014.  Arrangements by Mahn Family Funeral Home, Ellsworth Chapel.
