Jeanine Mary Baringer

Jeanine Baringer, 87, passed away Monday October 18, 2021 at Pine Haven Care Center.  Jeanine Mary Schulz was born January 26, 1934 in Faribault, MN to Edgar and Caroline (Hurt) Schulz.  Jeanine was also raised in Faribault and graduated from Bethlehem Academy.

On December 30, 1952, Jeanine was united in marriage to Larry Baringer at Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Pine Island. She was employed at the Van Horn Public Library in Pine Island for 20 years.  Jeanine enjoyed reading, painting, playing piano and was very active in her church.  She was very family oriented and cherished every moment spent with loved ones.

Jeanine is survived by her husband, Larry;  daughter, Amy Baringer of Rochester and son Tim (Judy) Baringer of Loveland, Colorado;  grandchildren, Courtney (Peter) and Trevor;  great grandchildren, Colin, Lillian and Evelyn;  siblings, Gail, Bonnie, Michael, Daniel and Mary;  numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents;  brother, Edgar Jr. and her sister Pauline.

The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday October 22, 2021 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Pine Island, with Pastor Marie Anderson officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday October 21 from 4 p.m. to  7 p.m. at Mahn Family Funeral Home-Mahler Chapel in Pine Island and one hour prior the service at the church.
