Janet L. Wempner

Janet Linda Quell Wempner was born June 5, 1954 in Lake City to Luella Quell. She attended grammar school at St. John's Lutheran School and later graduated from Lincoln High School. She then began working at DiAcro in Lake City and later worked at IBM which was later bought out by Hitachi as an administrative assistant. On May 7, 1994 she married Robert Wempner at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City. She participated in walks for MS and the Relay for Life walks. She enjoyed Neil Diamond concerts, flowers, gardening and going to the State Fair. Janet passed away unexpectedly in Rochester, Minnesota at the age of 54 years, 8 months and 14 days.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Wempner of Lake City; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; many special friends including Mary Ann Beck. She is preceded in death by her mother, Luella Quell and grandparents, Ella and Henry Quell.
