Janell M. Heise age 72 of Lake City died Monday, September 3, 2007 at Great River Homes in Lake City.
Janell was born August 10, 1935 in Lake City to Vincent & Caroline (Breuer) Heise. She grew up in Mount Pleasant Township. Janell attended rural school in Mount Pleasant Township and St. John's Parochial School in Lake City. Janell moved to Lake City with her parents. She has been a resident at Great River Homes for the past few years. Janell worked at DAC in Wabasha. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran church in Lake City. Janell enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and visiting with people.
Janell is survived by one brother, Kenneth (Marlys) Heise of Lake City; one sister, Eunice (Dennis) Guentzel of Bozeman, MT. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 pm at Bethany Lutheran Church in Lake City with the Rev. Bruce Stam officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the services at the church.
Pallbearers: Richard Meincke, Morris Meincke, Brad Goodwin, Joe Flynn, Robert Hinsch, Tony Heise.
