Jaimylee Lemagnes

October 25, 1995 — October 27, 2024

Jaimylee Rose Lemagnes (Buss)

Born October 25, 1995, in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

Left us October 27, 2024, taken by leukemia.

Jaimy graduated from Kickapoo High School, where band was her favorite class. She played flute, clarinet, and bassoon. She was active in sports, including volleyball, basketball, and track. She was a fearless and accomplished equestrian, spending many years in Pony Club. Jaimy attended Western Technical College in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and afterwards worked as a CNA, but she enjoyed most her job at the Hilton in Rochester after her stem cell transplant, because it felt so "normal." She was a passionate and talented artist and had fun creating original works for friends and family.

Jaimy and Alejandro Lemagnes, partners for eight years, married on August 29th, 2024, with Mickey and Adrienne (Gage) Wirth serving as witnesses. Following was a lovely, heartfelt ceremony attended by family and friends at her childhood home on August 31st.

Jaimy is survived by her husband, Alejandro; her daughters, Pantera, Noni, Evelynn; and her son, Merlee, lovingly adopted at birth into the family of Randy and Amy Vesbach; her parents, Al and Laura Buss; her sisters, Bryana (Ed) Bridenstine and April (Aaron) Cleavland; brother, Ben (Codi) Buss; nephew, Adam; nieces, Jaden, Nora, and Juniper; brothers-in-law, Lazaro (Desiree) Lemagnes and John Snyder; sisters-in-law, Heidi Snyder, Holly Snyder, and Heather Marshal; many aunts, uncles, cousins; and her horse, "John." She is sadly missed by her many adoring friends.

Jaimy enjoyed very much sharing meals with loved ones, and she especially favored a good potluck. That is what we shall have in the near future when we plant a tree in her memory. Date to be announced on her FB page.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a nonprofit that provided assistance to Jaimy: http://givetolife.org/
