Jack Lee Burridge, age 76 of Colfax, Wisconsin died on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Jack was born in Red Wing, Minnesota, the son of John and Myrel (Gray) Burridge. Jack attended grade school in Maiden Rock, Wisconsin and graduated from Harding High School in St. Paul in 1949. After graduation he served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He then worked as truck driver and was a member of the Local Teamsters #120 until his retirement in 1997. He married Patricia Funkhouser on May 16, 1987 in Rosemount, Minnesota. They lived in St. Paul and later moved to Wisconsin. Jack and Pat had spent many winters in Arizona and he enjoyed fishing at his lake home, animals, repairing things, yard work, hiking.

Jack is survived by his wife Pat Burridge of Colfax, Wisconsin; two step-sons; one step-daughter; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Dewain and Leonard Sr., and his sister Joyce Garvey; and his loved dog Toodi.

A private family burial will be Sunday at Bay City Cemetery in Bay City, Wisconsin with Military Honors provided by the Harding Hall Darington #357 of Bay City. Memorials are preferred to the Homeward Bound Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 1056, Monticello, MN 55362. Arrangements by Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel, Red Wing, Minnesota.
