Irvin R. Falkner, 49, of New Richmond, Wisconsin, died Wednesday at the Westfields Hospital in New Richmond. He was born January 2, 1959 in Red Wing, to Fritz and Katherine (Jamison) Falkner. He had lived in Chippewa Falls for many years, as well as Spring Valley and most recently, New Richmond.
He is survived by 4 brothers, Leonard (Dorothy) Jamison of Cannon Falls, Ralph Falkner of Ellsworth, Stanley (Jeanette) Falkner of Ellsworth and David Falkner of Hager City; 2 sisters, Marion Nelson of Red Wing and Pearl (Mike) Hauschildt of Bay City and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and 4 sisters, Idelle, Ruth, Ruby and Alice.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Reverend Barbara Toomey Yara officiating. Burial will be at Trenton Cemetery in the spring.
