Harlin G. Kinneman

Harlin G. Kinneman, age 90, of Ellsworth passed away at Ellsworth Health Services on Friday, January 17, 2025. He was born December 6, 1934 in Trimbelle Township to Herman and Vivian (Lunde) Kinneman. Harlin grew up with a very strong work ethic. He raised hay on his dairy farm in Hager City, Wisconsin. He was haying well into his 80s. Harlin also worked full-time at H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company for over 52 years. Although farming was a huge part of his life. He enjoyed his Family & Friends most. Harlin loved bicycling, camping, road trips, truck n tractor pulls, car shows, The Pierce Co. Fair, Cedar Lake Speedway, Snowmobiling, rides on the side by side, and he loved playing a good ol' game of euchre. He loved fishing, giving hay wagon rides & hunting with his crew. Harlin is also known for sayings like " okie dokie smokey" and saying the word "perfeck" instead of "perfect". He loved having nicknames for people. Harlin is a true one of a kind Man he will be greatly missed. 

He is survived by four sons, Galen and Larry Kinneman both of Riceville, IA, Robin Kinneman of Hager City, WI, Harlin D. (Connie) Kinneman of Ellsworth; only daughter, Patricia Kinneman Bovee of Hudson, WI; sisters, LaVerle Marcus, Clarisse (Gene) Beckler, JoAnne Christiansen; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Herman and Vivian; brothers, Cleland and Charles "Buddy" Kinneman; sister, Joy Youmans, Lila Hobbs; daughters-in-law, Bonnie Dyg Kinneman and Linda Ring Kinneman; and brothers-in-law, Ernest Hobbs, Kenny Youmans, Donnie Christiansen & Bill Marcus.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday January 25, 2025 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Ellsworth Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from noon to 1pm at the funeral home.
