Glynn Maili McGough

Glynn Maili McGough, 51, of Red Wing, died unexpectedly, August 24, 2013, in her home. She was born August 11, 1962 in Maryland. She grew up in Spirit Lake, Iowa and graduated high school there. She worked in her home state for a number of years before moving to Red Wing. Maili worked many jobs in town, including bartending at Andy's and Mississippi National Golf Links. She worked with special needs children at both Twin Bluff middle school and Deerview School. After she was no longer able to work she spent her time gardening and supporting her children in their school activities and sports.
She is survived by her three children, Quinn, Regan and Michael McGough, all of Red Wing and her mother, Mary Lou Shields. She is preceded in death by one brother, Cam Waters, and her grandparents.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m., Friday, September 13, 2013 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn chapel with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
