Eunice Lorraine Warren, 82 of Lake City, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Lake City Care Center. She was born August 30, 1930 in Bellechester, Minnesota, daughter of Charles Kennedy and Florence Sophia (Amenda) Warren. Eunice grew up in the Bellechester area. She farmed and was a prep cook at the Harbor House (Port of Call) in Lake City. Later on, she worked for Federal Mougal as an inspector for 26 ½ years. She was a member of St. mary's of The Lake Catholic Church and the Lake City VFW Women's Auxiliary.
Eunice is survived by her three sisters, Grace Larson of Harwood, ND, Ruth Klein of Huntsville, AL, and RoxAnn Meyer of Wabasha; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, David Warren; her parents; and three sisters, Myra Beck, Lois Siefert and Dorothy Thornton.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at St. Mary's of The Lake Catholic Church, with Father Joseph Pete officiating. Burial will be at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 Friday, March 22, 2013 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Anderson - Peterson Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials Preferred to Mayo Hospice or the Lake City VFW Auxiliary.
