Erin Lynn Dvorscek of St. Louis Park, 34, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, June 26, 2020. She was born on March 17, 1986, in Burnsville, Minnesota to Tom and Ann (Wichmann) Dvorscek. She was a graduate of Lakeville High School in 2004 and the University of Wisconsin Stout in 2008, where she was a proud member of the Delta Zeta sorority. Erin loved her work in the Twin Cities' service industry, most recently at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park.
Erin is survived by her parents, Tom and Ann of Maiden Rock, WI; her sister Lindsay of St. Paul; her partner Matthew Elmstrom of St. Louis Park; and maternal grandmother, Marion Wichmann of Mount Prospect, Illinois along with many other relatives and friends.
Erin's bright, fun-loving spirit was a light to everyone around her. She had a gift for making people smile with her sharp wit and infectious giggle, and she loved hosting friends and family for gourmet home-cooked meals. Fiercely loyal and a dedicated friend, she was always ready with a listening ear, shoulder to cry on, silly pun or baked goods - anything to brighten your day.
What was most remarkable was the way that Erin cared for others. She wore her generous and compassionate heart on her sleeve, and always made sure that everyone around her was well taken care of. She loved her friends and family dearly, and reminded them often. She was unapologetically her beautiful, unique self each and every day, and her memory will live on in the heart of every life she touched.
