Elizabeth Jean Webster

July 7, 1933 — June 29, 2011

Elizabeth Reding Webster, of Frontenac, age 77, passed away on June 29, 2011 in her home. She attended McCahill Institute in Lake City and graduated in 1951. She attended St Theresa College in Winona. She married William Webster III on September 20, 1952 at St Mary's Catholic Church in Lake City. They lived in Saint Paul, MN for a short time and she worked at First National Bank. They moved to Lake City in 1953. In 1966, they moved to Frontenac, MN. She was a member of the Villa Maria Church and volunteered at the Villa for many years. She enjoyed her bridge club, quilting clubs, rug hooking, and loved to swim at the YMCA in Red Wing.

She is survived by her husband, William of Frontenac; two daughters, Nancy (Warren) Zander of Millersville, MD, Sarah (Terry) Cox of Frontenac; five sons, William (Kathy) of Bozeman, MT, Paul of Lake City, Baard (Diane) of Prescott, WI, Andrew of Lake City, and Kip of Saint Paul; ten grandchildren, Bailey, Katie, Jennie, Webster, Malaby, Betsy, Jeff, Elliot, Easton, and Will; one sister, Sally Masterson of Grawn, MI.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Albert Reding; one sister, Josie Poss and both her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 6th, 2011 at St Mary's Catholic Church in Lake City with Father Richard Dernek officiating and Father Joseph LaPlant co officiating. Burial will be at Frontenac Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church. Mahn Family Funeral Home, Anderson-Peterson Chapel in Lake City is handling the arrangements.
