Elizabeth Joann Harth, 66, of Red Wing, died on Friday, October 21, 2016 surrounded by her family at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. She was born on April 13, 1950 in Bertha, MN. She was raised by her loving parents, Conrad and Emma (Heitman) Harth, and later in life by her stepfather Ernest Bittner and Emma. She attended Sheltering Arms School in Minneapolis and then worked for 40 years for IRC in Red Wing, which she was very proud of. She was also a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Some of her hobbies included singing, downhill skiing, biking, traveling, shopping, and going to Bible Camp. She enjoyed cats, animals, going to church, getting her nails done, spending time playing games with her family and many friends, and a good party.
She is survived by her sister, Verdrene Vangsness of Minong, Wis.; many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Ernest Bittner; and brothers, Daniel and Conrad Harth.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Red Wing. Visitation from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel, and one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.
