Edward Daniel Plevke

Edward Daniel Plevke, age 90, of Zumbrota passed away Sunday morning at the Zumbrota Nursing Home.
Edward was born March 15, 1919 in Zumbrota Township to Ed and Martha (nee Wobschall) Plevke. Ed and his brother Jasper Plevke farmed in Pine Island Township where he was known as a very prominent farmer. In his spare time he enjoyed going to the cabin in Marcell, MN, bowling and golfing. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
Ed is survived by a sister, Talita Manthei of Cedarburg,WI; sister-in-law Bev Plevke of West Concord; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ferolyne Bakken; brothers, Jasper and Willmer "Tom" Plevke.
