Graveside services for Dwayne Farnham will be held Saturday August 29th at 1:30 PM at Pleasant Prairie Cemetery in Rochester. Mr. Farnham, 58, of Oronoco died Wednesday August 26, 2020 at his home following a lengthy illness. For those planning to attend please observe social distancing and masks are recommended. Also, for those who wish to be seated, you're encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
Dwayne Neil Farnham was born October 14, 1961 in Rochester. A lifelong area resident for all of his life, he was a graduate of John Marshall High School. In addition to working on the family farm, Dwayne was also employed at various other places such as his father's shop, Seneca, and car care businesses. He married Julie Watson on June 18, 1999.
As a boy he had a special bond with his pet dog, a Weimaraner named Lady who watched over him constantly. In recent years, Dwayne and his wife held a similar bond with their pet Shih Tzu, Suzy. Dwayne enjoyed hunting and fishing, and had a fondness for country music.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Farnham; and his parents, Neil and Barbara (Holliday) Farnham. Also surviving are a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. If so desired, memorials may be directed to Julie Farnham.
