Dorothy Marie Gustafson

Dorothy Marie Gustafson age 76 of Minneapolis went to be with Jesus, Thursday, December 20, 2007. A mother and grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all. She was born October 22, 1931 in Des Moines, IA the daughter of Donald and Ruth Gustafson. Graduated North High School and Business School, she married Wayne H. Tjaden and moved to Minnesota. She worked for Park Nicollet Medical Center in St. Louis Park as Medical Secretary in Surgery Scheduling and finished her medical career as a Medical Transcriptionist caring for her elderly father. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed knitting. She attended Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, MN.

She is preceded in death by her mother Ruth and father Donald W, both formerly of Red Wing., her brothers Donald C. (Iris) and Richard D. and granddaughter Emily Ruth. She is survived by her sons Martin (Andrea), and Paul (Terri), and her daughters Diane, Barbara (James), Susan (Dave), and Cynthia (Blaine), sister-in-law Kaye Gustafson, fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
