Dora Alice Cox, 88, of Red Wing, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007 at the Red Wing Health Center.
She was born December 16, 1919 in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana to Louis and Mamie (Grantham) Mary. Moved to Red Wing in August of 1993. Preceded in death by former husband Edwin Austin Cox, and daughters Judith Ann Cox and Patricia Larimer, formerly of Red Wing. Survived by sons Guy Cox of San Antonio, Texas, and Michael Cox of Socorro, New Mexico; daughters Mary Jane Dodd of McKinney, Texas and Carol Warren of Colorado Springs, Colorado; seven grandchildren and five great-grand children. Love transcends all error and you are loved.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Reverend John Kruse officiating. Memorials preferred to Hartland Hospice Memorial Fund, Red Wing Health Center or Jordan Towers.
