Donna Mae (Klingsporn) Egger

Donna Mae Egger, 91, of Pine Island died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Pine Haven Care Center. Donna was born November 27, 1929 in Pine Island Township, to Walter and Hilda (Prigge) Klingsporn. On October 10, 1948, Donna was united in marriage to Robert “Bud” Egger at Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Pine Island. They farmed in the Pine Island area and moved to Pine Island in 2001. Donna enjoyed volunteering with the Pine Haven Auxiliary and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. She was also a devoted and faithful member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church.
Donna is survived by her son David, of Pine Island; and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; and sister Lavon Siems. There will be a private funeral service at Saint Paul Lutheran Church, with Pastor Christopher Miller officiating, followed by interment at Pine Island Cemetery.
