Dawn Jean (Dubisar) Plank

Dawn Jean Plank 56 of Welch, passed away Wednesday, May 4 due to multiple health issues.  She was born September 11, 1965 in Bloomington to William and Joanne (Carlson) Dubisar.  She grew up in the Hampton area.  She had a wonderful full life.  She was a great mother, friend and loyal wife.  She helped out several people and was so kind and funny.  A lover of music, family, being outdoors, laughing and helping.  She quoted lines from movies in her everyday conversation.  She worked many jobs in her life, but most recently she managed the VFW in Lake City and was a waitress at the Currents Restaurant in Treasure Island Resort and Casino.

She was preceded in death by her mother Joanne Dubisar and her son, Jeremy Christensen.  She is survived by her loving husband, Joe Plank; father, William Dubisar; sisters, Denise Lopez and Dee Anderson; son, Josh Christensen; daughter, Cassie (Alex Pearson) Christensen; grandson, Micah Christensen.

A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 14 at Hok-Si-La Park.
