David Allen Rauchwarter

David Rauchwarter, 64, of Red Wing, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Red Wing Health Care Community. He was born and grew up in Red Wing, graduating from Red Wing Central High School. He went on to work with his parents at Highway 19 Auto Salvage until 1984. He then worked with his brother selling auto parts and building toy replicas. He and his family were very involved with Hiawatha Speedway.
He is survived by his brother, Steve (Gretchen) of Red Wing; twin brother, Dennis (Mary) of Phoenix, Ariz., sisters; Ann Marie (Tom) Hines of Santa Cruz, Calf. and Kathryn (Bill) Volin-Rieser of Boisie, Idaho; nephews, Steve (Darcy), Brian (LeAnn), John (Abby), Mark and Andy (Emily) Rauchwarter
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Arlene Rauchwarter
A celebration of life will be Sunday, April 17 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the American Legion Post 54 in Red Wing. Arrangements with the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com
