David Elmer Jenson, Sr., age 73, of Goodhue, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 25, 2021. He was born May 15, 1947, to Elmer and Erma (Munson) Jenson in Red Wing. He grew up in Cannon Falls and attended high school there. He was united in marriage to Rose Rehfeld and together, they had 6 children; they later divorced but remained close friends. He married Linda Carpenter, they had a daughter together and divorced after 33 years. David worked as a truck driver for Tree Com and he owned and operated Zumbrota Tire and Service for several years. He recently retired from the Cannon Falls High School, where he worked as a custodian. David enjoyed riding his Harley with family and friends and attending many bike rallies. He was a proud member of the Mississippi Valley ABATE (American Bikers for Awareness, Training and Education). He also enjoyed several trips out to Sturgis where he made lots of memories with family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Patricia Thomas, David (Shelly) Jenson, Jr., Candice Jenson, Brian (Wendy) Jenson, Crystal Jenson, Dale (Krystal) Jenson, Ann (Jason) Nelson and Jenny (Josh) Stephens and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Millie; his parents; a granddaughter, April and a great-granddaughter, Ava.
