Cooper Jeffrey Hawkenson, 2 days, son of Eric and Maggie (Flueger) Hawkenson, died Friday, May 15, 2009 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. He was born Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at the Lake City Hospital in Lake City, Minnesota.
He is survived by his parents, maternal grandparents Bonnie and Steve Flueger of Red Wing; paternal grandparents Pamela and Jeffrey Hawkenson of Red Wing; maternal great-grandmother Marjorie Laughnan of Red Wing; paternal great-grandparents Gene and Marlene Hawkenson of Welch and Willard and Joan Steele of Red Wing; one aunt, Jennifer (Nick) Jacobson of Red Wing and one cousin, Parker Jacobson.
He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents Dale and Elaine Flueger and maternal great-grandfather Elmer Laughnan.
