Clayton Ralph Stoltz, 65, passed away on April 10, 2024 at his home in Lake City surrounded by family.
Clayton was born December 4, 1958 in Wabasha to Ralph & Barbara (Grabow) Stoltz. He graduated from Plainview High School. Clayton Ralph Stoltz was united in marriage to Konnie Marie Holst on September 3, 1977 in St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City. Clayton was a wrestling coach for 18 years and loved working with the kids. He also worked for Hearth and Home and International Ingredient Corporation. Clayton and Konnie had a passion for caring for children and served in specialized foster care for over 30 years in Colorado, Texas, and Minnesota. Clayton's first love was his family and friends. He also enjoyed scuba diving and golfing. Clayton was a stubborn, yet caring person and was so full of life.
Clayton is survived by his wife, Konnie; daughter, Katie (Korey) Malmborg; son, Jonathan Stoltz; granddaughters, Lilliana and Elliana Malmborg; and his sisters, Vicky (Todd) Hennessey and Deborah Stoltz.
He is preceded in death by his son, Marcus; and his parents, Ralph and Barbara.
A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, April, 18, 2024 at 11 am at the First Lutheran Church in Lake City, Pastor Paul Miller will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Lake City. Online condolences maybe left at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
