Charles Olaf Anderson, 41, of Red Wing, died Monday, October 15, 2007 at his home. He was born May 6, 1966 in Red Wing to Timothy and Karen (Blattner) Anderson. He attended high school in Red Wing and had worked for Quality One Woodworking in Hastings for a number of years. He married Christine Holden on August 19, 1994 in Red Wing. He enjoyed hunting, paintball and archery.
He is survived by his wife, Christine of Red Wing; mother, Karen Blattner of Red Wing; father, Timothy Anderson of River Falls, Wisconsin.; five children, Brandy Anderson of Red Wing, Kayla Meyers of Hastings and Dennis, Teha and Devin Anderson all at home in Red Wing; one granddaughter, Natasha Rietmann of Red Wing; one sister, Victoria Foster of Red Wing and one brother, Eric (Shelly) Nelson of Red Wing He was preceded in death by his step-father, Lawrence Nelson and maternal grandfather.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2007, at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Reverend Phil McNairy officiating. Burial will be at the Bay City Cemetery. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.
