Carol Endicott, age 63 of Lake City passed away August 21, 2010 at her home.
Carol was born December 4, 1946 in Shreveport, LA to Carroll & Hazel (McFatter) Shaw. She graduated from Fair Park High School in Shreveport, LA. Carol married Hershel Womack and they later divorced. She then married Robert Endicott August 3, 1974 in Evanston, IL. She worked for the American Board of Specialties, American Academy of Pediatrics & College of American Pathologists. They moved to the Lake City area in 2001. Carol then worked for Mayo Clinic in Rochester. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Lake City.
Carol is survived by her husband, Robert; two sons, Mike (Jill) Endicott of Chicago, IL, Rory (Rosana) Womack of Sacramento, CA; two grandchildren Audrey and Nicolas. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Kenneth R. Shaw.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 11:00 am at the United Methodist Church in Lake City with Rev. Kristine Marshall and Don Jones officiating.
