Brian Lee Swagger

Brian Lee Swagger, age 52 of Lake City, passed away on March 21, 2012 in Rochester, MN. He was born on June 11, 1959 to Russell and Loretta (Cross) Swagger in Lake City. He graduated from Lincoln High School. He began working as a mechanic and a repairman. He moved to Red Wing and eventually moved back to Lake City. Brian enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, playing acoustic guitar, hiking, camping and playing cards.
Brain is survived by his son, Kaleb Linhart of Zumbrota; mother, Loretta Swagger of California; sister, Deborah Gipson of California; brother, Gary Swagger of California; and special friend, Darcy Soine.
Brian is preceded in death by his father, Russell Swagger; and brother, Edward "Rusty" Swagger.
Memorial service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at First Lutheran Church in Lake City. Burial will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery in Lake City.
