Bradley Elden Johnson, age 53, of Hager City died Sunday October 24, 2010 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul after an accidental injury. He was born January 17, 1957 to Glenn and Marilyn "Tweeds" (Hultquist) Johnson. He graduated from Red Wing High School in 1975. He worked at Woolworth's Dime Store, Ben Franklin, Riviera Cabinets, and for the past 16 years at Red Wing HRA. He married Annette Jeske on June 18, 1982. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and Red Wing Yacht Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating on the river, working on vehicles in his garage "Brad's Garage", and going to "The 80".
He is survived by his wife Annette, daughter Alison Johnson of Hager City, granddaughters, Ariel Johnson of Hager City, and Alyssa Haas of Hager City, brother Randy (Joyce) Johnson of Reedsburg, Wisconsin; sister Pamela (Kevin) Seyffer of Red Wing, father Glenn Johnson of Red Wing, sister-in-law Debra Jeske of Red Wing, sister-in-law Dorinda (Andrew) Hogan of Fort Scott, Kansas, brother-in-law Gene (Annette) Jeske of Red Wing, mother-in-law Catherine "Katy" Jeske of Red Wing, grandmother-in-law Laurina Holmes, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Marilyn, father-in-law Kenneth Jeske Sr., and brother-in-law Kenneth Jeske Jr, of Red Wing.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday Oct. 28, 2010 at Christ Episcopal Church in Red Wing with Father Theo Park officiating, Burial will in the Oakwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nikki Tebbe, Alex Seyffer, Tony Seyffer, Matt Jeske, Bridgette Jeske, Meridee Johnson, Courtney Johnson and Cora Lockaby. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel in Red Wing and at the church for one hour prior to the service.
