A memorial service for Bob Faul will be held Friday February 5th at 2:00 PM at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Rochester Chapel. The Reverend Henry Biar will officiate. Mr. Faul, 61, of Byron, died Tuesday February 2, 2010 at his home in Byron.
Bob was born November 23, 1948 in Ohio, the son of Robert and Carol Faul. Raised in California, he attended Pierce Community College in Woodland Hills. Bob practiced as a respiratory therapist from 1971 until 2005, retiring due to health concerns. On January 20, 1999 he married Penni Johanson in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bob enjoyed collecting comic books and trading cards.
He is survived by his wife, Penni Faul of Byron; a daughter, Pam (Will) Thomas of Chicago, Illinois; two grandchildren, Madison and Sydney Thomas, both of Chicago; a step-son, Eric Johanson of Reseda, California; and a sister, Kathleen (Tim) Cruise of Rockland, California. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
