Barbara Hauer

Barbara "Barb" Ann Hauer, 80, passed away in her home, Sunday February 2, 2025, surrounded by family. Barb was born February 20, 1944, to Howard Halpaus and Helen Knudsen. A graduate of John Marshall High School in Rochester, after graduation she went on to work for Jostens for many years. Barb filled her days with baking, sewing, and crocheting. She was an exceptional baker, creating delicious treats that delighted family gatherings and celebrations. Her love for these crafts reflected her nurturing spirit and her ability to bring her family together in both sweet and comforting ways. Barb was a beloved wife and partner to her husband, Charles Hauer, and a remarkable mother to her sons, Kevin and Matt Hauer, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. Her kind nature will be deeply missed.

Barb is survived by her husband Charles; sons Kevin and Matt; granddaughters Ariah and Akyra; sister Marie Broze; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
