Audrey Irene Veiseth

Audrey Irene Veiseth, 87, of Zumbrota, passed away on December 11, 2021 at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester.

She was born in Red Wing on June 26, 1934 to Chester and Elnora (Henrietta) (Haugen) Lother.

She grew up in Zumbrota and graduated in 1952. After high school she married, Ordeen Veiseth and they raised six

children. Audrey served lunch at the school and VFW for many years. It was known that her bad cooking was better than most peoples good

cooking. She would always make sure she made the exact cookies each grandchild enjoyed just for them.

Audrey enjoyed baking, Jig Saw puzzles, coloring, traveling, spending time with family, and collecting Christmas ornaments, John Deere tractors, and cows.

She is survived by her children, Bradley (Teri) Veiseth, Dennis (Mary)

Veiseth, Paul (Cathy) Veiseth, Linda (Dave) Boraas, Laurie (Joe)

Johnson, Mike (Casey) Veiseth; grandchildren, Adam Veiseth, Tom

Veiseth, Tim Veiseth, Jamie Smith, Jessica Biddle, Heather Belgrave,

Amanda Veiseth, Kelli Ray, Matt Johnson, Megan Johnson, Kjersten

Veiseth, Liv Veiseth, and Liesl Veiseth; seventeen great-grandchildren;

sister-in-law, Lois (Tom) Gilles, nephews and niece.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ordeen; parents; and brother, LeVerne Lother.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mahn Family Funeral Home – Larson Chapel in Zumbrota.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11 a.m. with one hour prior at Lands Lutheran Church in Zumbrota.

Burial will immediately follow the service at Lands Lutheran Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lands Lutheran Cemetery or Lands Lutheran Church Organ fund.

Masks will be required at the church.
