Audrey M. Sprick

Audrey M. Sprick age 89 of Lake City died November 24, 2007 at home.

Audrey was born May 25, 1918 in Zumbro Falls, MN to Arthur & Mary (Issendorf) Yotter. She attended school in Zumbro Falls and rural Goodhue County. Audrey married Willard Sprick October 4, 1947 at St. Peter's Belvidere Lutheran Church in Goodhue County. After they were married they farmed in the Oak Center area for 32 years until retiring in 1979 and moving to Lake City. Audrey worked as a cook at St. John's Parochial School in Lake City for 14 years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening, crafts and cooking. Audrey's husband Willard died November 27, 2002.

Audrey is survived by a son, Roger (Lynne) Sprick of Oak Center; two daughters, Nancy (Jim) Kohrs of Rochester, Debra (Albin Jr.) Timm of Zumbrota; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a brother Donald (Darlene) Yotter of Lake City. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 pm at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City with Rev. Dennis Valleau officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the services at the church.
