Audrey Lichtblau age 79 of Lake City passed away May 8, 2008 at her home.

Audrey Dammann was born August 25, 1928 to Louis & Edna (Senst) Dammann in Plainview, MN. She attended rural country schools around Plainview. In 1946 her family moved to Red Wing, MN. She married Robert Lichtblau March 9, 1949 in Lake City. They made their home and farmed in Mount Pleasant Township, in Wabasha County. She worked at Newlands Nursery and the Jewell Nursery in Lake City, Bremer's Apple Orchard, Boss Oil Co. and the Lake City Nursing Home until retiring in 1993. Robert passed away October 31, 2006. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City. She enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, word find and spending time with her family.

Audrey is survived by three daughters Linda Vagt of Lake City, Pam (Greg) Anderson of Lake City, Robin Lichtblau of Burnsville, MN, Close family friend Marlene Reineke of Burnsville; three grandchildren, Heidi (Dustin) Boettcher of Plainview, Cory (Janelle) Vagt of Dodge Center, Dusty Vagt of Lake City; three great grandchildren, Brendan, Kaylee and Tyler; sister, Patsy (Richard) Sather of Roseville, MN and many nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband and a infant son Roland and a sister Una Jensen.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 12, 2008 at 2:00 pm at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City with Rev Scott Carmichael officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 6 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the service at the church.
