Beatrice "Arline" Snow, 92, of Red Wing, died Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at the Red Wing Health Center. She was born on July 16, 1916, in Red Wing to Arthur and Mary (Merrill) Anderson. She attended Red Wing Schools. On August 13, 1938, she was married to Everett Snow in Decorah, Iowa. For a short time they owned a produce store in Goodhue and a hotel in Little Falls. While living in Red Wing she worked as a switchboard operator at St. John's Hospital, 18 years at Red Wing Pottery and 16 years as a Avon Lady. Everett died on January 25, 1999. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include one sister, Dorothy Seeley of Fort Meyers, Florida and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and one brother, Merrill Anderson.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2008, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Rev. Kristen Schlauderaff officiating. Burial will be in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Funeral arrangements are by the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel.
