Arlene Gail Woodland, 59, of Red Wing, died Saturday October 5, 2019 at St. Crispin Living Community. She was born April 24, 1960, in Red Wing to Raymond and Karna (Diercks) Johnson. She graduated in 1978 from Red Wing High School. On July 2, 1994, she was united in marriage to Ronald Woodland and he preceded her in death on June 6, 2010. She worked in food service for many years for various businesses in Red Wing. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed her dogs, coloring, doing latch hook and always spoiled her loved ones with gifts.
Arlene is survived by her son, Andy (Hillary) Church; her siblings, Raymond Jr. (Diana) Johnson, Janet (Bill) Auchampach, Jean (John) Furney, Karen (Jim) Malone, Norma Haines, Pat Hanson and Jim Johnson along with many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Ronald; she is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Diane Anderson.
Memorial service will be 4:30 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Mahn Family Funeral Home Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Chaplain Debby Bradley officiating. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
