Ardis Kramer

Ardis Tesdall Kramer, 80, of Red Wing, Minnesota, died Saturday, April 8, 2006, at Fairview Red Wing Medical Center. She was born August 23, 1925, in Brainerd, Minnesota to Howard and Edna (Hanson) Tesdall. She married Sheldon Kramer in Red Wing, Minnesota. They moved to Troy, Ohio where they resided for 30 years. Sheldon died March 13, 1992. She returned to Red Wing after retiring in the mid-90s. She enjoyed needle work, cooking, and entertaining friends and family. Survivors include five daughters Patricia Atkinson of St. Louis, MO, Mary Pixie Carrier of Lake Forest, IL, Kelly Kramer of St. Louis, MO, Karol (David) Plawsky of St. Louis, MO, Jane (Edward) Streets of Jackson, MS; one son Thomas Kramer of Red Wing, MN; brother Ronald (Marian) Tesdall of Red Wing, MN; three sisters Mae Hanvelt of Rice Lake, WI, Vicki (David) Lindrew of Baton Rouge, LA, and Lu Wendler of Red Wing, MN; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Sheldon Kramer. Memorial Service will be 11AM Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at United Lutheran Church with Reverend Clark Cary officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of service. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the Make A Wish Foundation.
