Ardis "Ardie" Eggenberger age 53 of Lake City passed away May 12, 2008 at her home.
Ardie was born October 23, 1954 in Lake City, MN to Iver & June (Olson) Eggenberger. She graduated in 1973, from Lincoln High School in Lake City. She attended Rochester Technical College to be a Dental Hygienist. She married Stephen Borgschatz December 7, 1974, they later divorced. Ardie worked as a Dental Hygienist at Dr. Larry League Orthodontics office in Rochester, Federal Mogul, Lake City Federal Savings and Loan. She currently worked at Wild Wings and For Pete's Sakes in Lake City. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City, and the Lake City VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Ardie loved spending time with her grandchildren, family and her many friends.
Ardie is survived by a son, Tyler (Cheri) Borgschatz of Lake City, a daughter, Kelcey Borgschatz of Lake City; five grandchildren, Emmah, Leiah, Landon, Jayden and Ian; parents Iver & June Eggenberger of Lake City; four brothers, Gary (Jeanne) of Charles City, IA, Jim (Deanna) of Boca Raton, FL, Lee (Sharon) of Lake City, Todd (Polly) of Shorewood, MN; sister Laneova of Clarkston, WA; many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be Friday at 2:00 pm at St. John's Lutheran in Lake City with Rev. Scott Carmichael officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 at the Mahn Family funeral Home Anderson- Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the service at the church.
