Ann Curran Johnson, 93, Scottsdale, AZ and formerly of Waseca, MN and Red Wing, MN died August 21, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born February 29, 1924, in Red Wing, MN to Robert Stafford and Rose McCoy Curran. She married Melvin "Johnny" Johnson on June 13, 1946 in Red Wing. They lived in Red Wing where Johnny worked at the McCoy Curran Dodge dealership, moving to Waseca in 1962 where Johnny owned and operated Johnson Chevrolet Oldsmobile and moved to Scottsdale in 1974.
Ann graduated from the University of Minnesota and worked at General Mills before moving to Red Wing to raise her family. She was a pilot, skated on a figure skating performance team and was a Treasurer for the Waseca National Bank among many other activities.
Survivors include her two sons, David (Stephanie), of Denver and Steven (Claire) of Albuquerque, one daughter, Paula of Scottsdale; and three grandchildren, Morgan Johnson of Scottsdale, Arizona, Leah Johnson of Durango, Colorado and Tyler Johnson living in New York City. She was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter, Sandra.
