Allan Thuman

Allan Howard Thuman, age 64, of Kenyon, died Monday, December 8, 2008, at his home as the result of a home fire. He was born on October 19, 1944, in Red Wing, to Leonard and Lucille (Bartlett) Thuman. He grew up in Vasa where he attended school. He lived in the Red Wing area prior to moving to Kenyon seven years ago. He was married and later divorced. He had numerous jobs prior to becoming disabled. He enjoyed cooking, painting and fishing.

Survivors include his mother Lucille Thuman of Goodhue; one brother James (Debi) Thuman of Minneapolis; two sisters, Sue (Rick) Tietz of Kenyon and Brenda (Dale) Jonas of Red Wing; a biological son Brett; two granddaughters; nieces and nephews. His father preceded him in death.

Family memorial service will be at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel.
