Albert Johannsen

Albert "Scott" Johannsen, 84, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, beloved father, spouse, son, and grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Friday, February 3, 2023. He entered this world on September 20, 1938, in Chicago, IL, born to Albert and Anne Johannsen. He was preceded in death by Judith Sigrid (Anderson) Johannsen, his wife of 51 years. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Johannsen; sons, Douglas Johannsen and Andrew Johannsen; and grandsons, Alexander Sheehan, William Johannsen, Zachary Sheehan, and Tate Johannsen, and Cayden Johannsen. Scott was a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Engineering, which led to his career in the computer and aerospace industries. Scott will be remembered for his stories of traveling around the world, detailed questions and cozy cardigans.

A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, February 11, 2023, 10:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming, New Mexico. He will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Red Wing, Minnesota alongside Judith on Thursday, June 15.
