Ada Colling

Ada Anna Linnea Colling (Sward), born in Vasa, Minnesota on September 2, 1913 and died February 20, 2013 in Red Wing. Ada married Thomas Colling on December 14, 1931 and worked in the area, retiring from Josten's, but never retiring from life. Ada was a life-long area resident, living in Hager City and more recently at the Plaza and Seminary Home. Preceded in death by her dear husband, Tom, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by many loving relatives. Ada's life was a witness to love, which she gladly gave and received. Funeral service will be 1pm Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013 at First Lutheran Church. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be 10:30 am Monday, Feb. 25, at Oakwood Cemetery.
